2007 in review survey:

1.) Was 2007 a good year for you?

            It was honestly probably my favorite/best year yet!

2.) What was your favorite moment of the year?

            Ahh! Too many to pick just one.  My nephew being born, My last semester living with Rachel was TONS of fun, So much fun working at the radio station, The Aqualung concert at the Pabst, Vacation out west with my Dad, My internship, Going to Disney World for the first time ever, Lolla, CMJ in NYC, Fun times a the Annex, Graduating from college.

3.) What was your least favorite moment of the year?

            Um….I can’t really think of one.  Maybe the handful of times I had to work overtime at KPMG and worked over 12 hours and didn’t get back home until midnight and then had to do it all over again the next day.  Can’t wait for that to happen again in a few weeks! HOORAY!

            In my pants.

5.) Who were you with?

            Where? In my pants?

6.) Where will you be when 2007 ends?

            Probably at my sister’s house with no cute boys. Sigh.

7.) Who will you be with when 2007 ends?

            My sister, Bill, my brother, his girlfriend, and maybe other people? But no cute boys. Sigh.

8.) Did you keep your new year’s resolution of 2007?

            I don’t make new year’s resolutions.  I think if you really want to change something then make the decision to change right THEN. Don’t wait for the calendar year to change.

9.) Do you have a new year’s resolution for 2008?

            Read my rant in question #8.

10.) Did you fall in love in 2007?

            I think the correct word would be lust.  And yes, here and there….

11.) If yes, with who?

            Studs and a Cave!

12.) If yes, do they know?

            I’m actually pretty sure both of them knew.

13.) If you could have fallen in love would you?

            Yeah, who wouldn’t?

14.) You regret anything?

            Nope.

15.) Did you breakup with anyone in 2007?

            I broke up with your face.
 
16.) Did you make any new friends in 2007?

            Yes! A ton. Through KPMG and the radio station.

17.) Who are your favorite new friends?

            Joyce, Rob, Sam Drew (seriously, I love that kid), Selvin, Pat, Dave, Bobby

18.) What was your favorite month of 2007?

            I’m going to say May.  I usually hate that month because that’s when it starts getting super hot and muggy.  But May was the Aqualung concert, I had some very good times with friends, senior week was a blast, and that’s when I went on vacation with my Dad.

19.) Did you travel outside of the US in 2007?

            I’ve never really traveled outside the US in my entire life.  I spent about 30 minutes in Canada when I was like 8.  I don’t think that counts.

20.) How many different states did you travel to in 2007?

            Now that I think about it….a lot.  Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Michigan, New York, Colorado, Utah, Montana, South Dakota, Idaho, Wyoming.

21.) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2007?

            Nope.

22.) Did you miss anybody in the past year?

            Yes, all the time.  Wherever I was I missed the people who weren’t there. 

23.) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2007?

            Pan’s Labyrinth.  I thought I was gonna hate but I loved it. Thanks Suzanne!

24.) What was your favorite song from 2007?

            Errrggggg…..”Sea Lion Woman” by Feist, “Pioneer to the Falls” by Interpol, “House of Cards” by Radiohead, “Weighty Ghost” by Wintersleep, or something else that I can’t think of right now.

25.) What was your favorite record from 2007?

            Record? Album? What?  Arcade Fire’s “Neon Bible” hands down. AMAZING record

26.) How many concerts did you see in 2007?

            1,973,960,214.

27.) Did you have a favorite concert in 2007?

            By far the Aqualung concert at the Pabst on May 3^rd.  Working the merch table + front row for the concert + meeting the band backstage and eating berries? Yes please.

28.) Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2007?

            Between working with accountants, going to CMJ, and the occasional trip to the Annex, I’d say I had my fair share of drinks.
 
29.) Did you do a lot of drugs in 2007?

            Um. No.

30.) How many people did you sleep with in 2007?

            2.5

31.) Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year?

            Nope!

33.) What was the worst lie someone told you in 2007?

            Errr? I don’t know?

34.) Did you treat somebody badly in 2007?

            Not that I know of…

35.) Did somebody treat you badly in 2007?

            Only that stupid fucker at the Annex who said “Shut up you stupid fucking bitch” among other things when I asked him politely to stop yelling obscenities into my ear. That was the biggest asshole I have ever met in my entire life.

36.) How much money did you spend in 2007?

            $7,932.63

37.) What was your proudest moment of 2007?

            When my sister gave birth to Draven! I honestly never thought she’d be a mom! And she is an amazing mother and I’m soooo proud of her.

38.) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2007?

            Maybe the graduation get-together at the Union and Father Wild came up to our table and my crazy grandma kept on talking to him and then she forgot my last name? Or maybe when I was sitting at the ticket counter for The Dark Side of The Rainbow and that creepy dude was hitting on me and I told him that Peter was my boyfriend to get him away from me…luckily Peter went along with it (was that this year??). Or everytime I went out to eat with my mom and grandma and they tried to hook me up with the waiter. Yeah.

39.) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2007 and change something, what would it be?

            I honestly can’t think of anything!

40.) What are your plans for 2007?

           Work, find a nice apartment in Chicago, study and pass the CPA exam, get married and have 2 kids.
